Current processing time is currently 5-7 business days. All orders placed by 12/6 will be sent out in time for Chirstmas.
Processing time refers to the time it takes to create and prepare your order, while shipping time depends on the carrier.
Domestic shipping can take 3-5 business days. International shipping could take up to 7-21 business days.
The chest measurement is the most important when selecting a size. If your pet doesn’t fit perfectly into one of our standard sizes, especially for breeds like doodles, please reach out to us at hello@shopcosette.com or send a DM on Instagram.

Yes, if you order by December 8th, your items are guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.
If you're hoping to place an order after December 8th or simply want to double-check timing, please reach out to us at orders@shopcosette.com. We’re always happy to help.
We want you to love your Cosette purchase! We do not accept returns at this time, but we are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Exchanges can be made for a different size or style with customers responsible for shipping fees both ways.
Please note that custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
